How about a little of both? With good food and great company thrown in?
Join Pete Guinosso from Friday, September 30th to Sunday, October 2nd for a fall farm-to-table weekend of wine, food, vinyasa, and community at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park in Sonoma, CA. Nourish yourself with daily yoga classes with Pete and spend your days exploring all of the beauty that the valley has to offer. Our campsite is just 15 minutes from some of the region’s best wineries.
Acclaimed local chef Greg Lutes, of 3rd Cousin fame, will curate a unique culinary experience under the stars for two multi-course dinners. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings round out his delicious, organic offerings.
Saturday night we will have the opportunity to explore the night sky at the Robert Ferguson Observatory located in the hills of Sugarloaf Ridge State Park.
Our first yoga practice begins at 4.30pm on Friday. Arrive anytime after 2pm to set up camp and settle in. We will close the retreat by Sunday at noon.
