Vinyasa Level 1-2 (Live or via ZOOM)

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until January 4, 2023
This vinyasa yoga class has been designed for beginners, and for students of all ages and fitness levels: no significant experience or flexibility required. Perfect for those students who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The yoga class will be slower paced and offered with a greater level of detail so the student can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.
In this level 1-2 Vinyasa Yoga Class you will:
• Explore essential standing poses and learn how to “flow”
• Delve into basic yoga breathing techniques
• Be challenged
• Build strength
• Be encouraged to work at your level and to honor your body and limitations
• Modify the poses to fit your bodies needs
• Have fun
Don’t be intimidated by yoga terminology, fancy yoga studios and complicated poses. Yoga is for everyone. Come join the yoga community and discover what yoga is about.
