Join us at beautiful Alameda Crown Beach for a morning of blissful Silent Disco Yoga with one of our favorite Special Guests, Pete Guinosso!
Silent Disco Yoga is an immersive and captivating experience! We use headsets to experience the sound of the music and the voice of the teacher while enjoying beautiful outdoor locations.
Bring a blanket for the sand, some layers and your water bottle, and mask for check-in.
