SUB – Vinyasa Yoga – COLLEEN MILLEN

This class focuses on breath-synchronized movement to help you flow dynamically through postures as you quiet the mind and energize your spirit. Flow through sun salutations with mindfulness as you work your way toward deeper hip and heart openers, twists and inversions with playfulness, compassion, and upbeat music. This is an ideal class for those who like to sweat and move more quickly than a traditional hatha class, but not as quickly as a power class, allowing more time to feel the alignment of poses in the body. Open to all levels. (It would be beneficial to have some yoga experience.)
