Zoom Classes FAQ

  • Light-hearted. Compassionate. Challenging.

My classes incorporate sequences and intentions that help us explore who we are in the world. Longer holds, and a focus on breathing and body awareness provide my students with a vigorous class that also allows space to connect the body, mind, and spirit. There are moments that we cry and moments that we laugh out loud. My hope is that we always sweat and have a good time, even when we are moving through challenges. I want my students to feel cared for in a space that is safe and supportive.

  • If you have any physical needs or injuries, please inform Pete before the class begins either via a chat message or share with Pete before class begins. You can either come to the class early, or contact Pete beforehand.

  • Download the Zoom software on your device ahead of time.

If you can, please have your “yoga studio” at 75 deg F or higher for best results.

I have created many playlists for yoga on Spotify. Check out Pete Guinosso Yoga on Spotify if you would like to listen to music in class.

Have your own yoga props nearby as needed for your body.

  • For beginners, we recommend The Vinyasa Level 1-2 yoga class has been designed for beginners, and for students of all ages and fitness levels: no significant experience or flexibility required. Perfect for those students who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The yoga class will be slower paced and offered with a greater level of detail so the student can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.

  • Be prepared to fall in love with the mind-body practice of yoga—either for the first time, or all over again!

  • As with anything in life, practicing yoga has some risks. If you push too hard into a posture you risk injuring yourself. Practice at your own risk.
